Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This page explains in plain words what personal data I collect, why, who I may share it with and what your rights are. It has been prepared in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Polish law. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is DOMIO NIERUCHOMOŚCI JAROSŁAW JAKOWENCZUK (sole proprietorship), ul. Zamknięta 10 lok. 1.5, 30-554 Kraków, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 6832140200, REGON 529540014, operating under the Domio Estate brand (“I” or “the controller”).
For any questions about your data, contact me:
- e-mail: kontakt@domioestate.pl
- phone: +48 537 540 229
2. What data I collect
- Contact details: name, phone number, e-mail, messenger username.
- Data from the form and consultation: citizenship and type of residence document, employment type and income, existing loans, marital status, desired loan amount and property type, and any other information you provide for the assessment of your borrowing capacity.
- Correspondence: the content of messages via Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or e-mail.
- Technical data: IP address and browser data automatically received by the services that run this website (see section 6).
Providing your data is voluntary, but without it I cannot prepare a consultation or find a bank for you.
3. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry, booking a consultation, assessing borrowing capacity | steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR |
| Credit intermediation: preparing documents and submitting applications to banks | performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR |
| Complying with legal obligations (including credit intermediation, anti-money laundering and accounting rules) | legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR |
| Sending the guide and materials you requested | your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR |
| Defending against possible claims, handling correspondence | legitimate interest of the controller — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR |
4. Who your data may be shared with
- Banks we jointly decide to apply to — only with your consent and to the extent necessary to process the loan application.
- Lendi Sp. z o.o. — the company through which I provide credit intermediation services. Lendi processes the data needed to submit applications to banks in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at lendi.pl.
- Service providers processing data on my behalf: appointment booking (Calendly), online forms (Tally), messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp), e-mail and website hosting.
- Public authorities — only where required by law.
I do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some services (e.g. Calendly, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Telegram) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are based on a European Commission adequacy decision (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Cookies and third-party services on this website
The website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address. The booking and form buttons lead to external services (Calendly, Tally) — each of these services has its own privacy policy.
7. How long I keep your data
- If we did not start working together — up to 12 months after the last contact.
- If we signed a contract — for its duration and the limitation period for possible claims, and for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax and AML records — up to 5 years).
- Data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request erasure of your data or restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
To exercise your rights, write to the e-mail address in section 1.
9. Automated decision-making
I do not make automated decisions about you. The calculator on this website only gives an estimate and is not a decision. The bank you apply to may assess your creditworthiness, including by automated means — it will inform you about this in its own privacy policy.
10. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
